Yes! Atomic Habits is a great read. Many of our health and nutrition decisions are habitual and therefore many health outcomes can be drastically changed by adjusting our habits. On average we make about 250 food choices per day and most of them are subconscious. Stay tuned to see what minor habit adjustments will help you eat healthier!

The reminds me of the first couple of chapters of the book Atomic Habits by James Clear. If you have a goal, it should be more focused on who you want to become, not what you want to accomplish. Great read, thanks for posting.
